Digital Acquisition Marketing Manager (Remote)

Sawa Credit Inc. is looking for a Digital Acquisition specialist who can drive consumer engagement to our B2C community servicing platform. You’ll work under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer.


To achieve success in this role you’ll need:

Deep social media management and execution experience with a mix of content creation and analytic driven approach.
Work closely with our content creation team to support social media and ancillary channels.
Capability to deliver on social media and related engagement metrics
SEO strategy and execution including creation of high performing content
Experience with B2C campaigns and a high degree of digital marketing expertise related to optimizing the consumer funnel
Expertise on optimizing the consumer acquisition journey
Understanding of website and landing page best practices related to consumer acquisition
Comfort with both strategizing and execution while also having the ability to self-manage.

While digital acquisition is the foundation of this role, skills in the areas of SEO optimization, traffic optimization, and B2C lead generation are pluses.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Execute and organize social media channels - both paid and organic
Engagement via social media and other company channels
Execute and optimize the consumer conversion process and funnel (top of funnel, acquisition, activation, engagement, conversion)
Optimize campaign performance after analyzing performance data
Optimize website traffic through planning and executing SEO strategies including Google Analytics and keyword strategies
Work closely with the product and tech team to improve the conversion funnel through A/B testing, drive qualified traffic to our website and recommend improvements for growth
Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels
Implementation of digital marketing strategy

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a digital marketer
Strong knowledge and experience with online marketing tools
4+ years of hands-on experience with optimizing social media channels
4+ years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and keyword strategies
Experience with paid social advertising and retargeting

Compensation:

Base $75-$100k per year, plus bonus and benefits
